Episode 12 - How Do I Do Magic For Self-Empowerment?

No matter who you are, we all go through times where life circumstances or other people can make us feel like we aren't worthy. In this episode, I teach you magical techniques for refilling your self-confidence tank.  We break it down, discussing where diminishing thoughts originate, how to eliminate these false disempowering beliefs, and finding your true empowered essence. You can break the disempowerment habit, get off the cycle of beating yourself up and stand in the place of the truth of who you are - a lovable, worthy and joyful person.
